We have exactly 450 "investors" (and growing!) that pay 70% of our Operating Expenses that serves over 12,000 members as we progress through our 2nd year in operation. I personally cover the remaining 30%. It's thanks to people like you, and the other 450 Patriots who kept Project Apario online and free for everyone to learn the truth about what happened to President Kennedy. Regardless of your politics, the American people DESERVE the truth, and the National Archives REFUSED to release the JFK Assassination Records in a fully searchable manner. We make a good team! I love to build software like ProjectApario.com and you love America and want the truth about FOIA and DECLAS to be made easily searchable for you because you're highly intelligent. You don't require AI to spoon feed you answers, you can use your God given sleuthing skills to use Advanced Search and discover the cold truth yourself on your own time. My goal is to make 2023 better than 2022. I've done just that by hiring Erik van Mechelen, an independent writer, to spearhead communications and growth throughout the year. The Goals for 2023

1. replace the search, from a Ruby to Go implementation
2. complete replacement of how Apario stores static assets

Both of these are actively in flight with test-driven development. To help keep me focused on the technical implementations of these features, Erik is assisting me. Why would I need to hire a writer to help me with programming Project Apario?

We kicked off 2023 with a bang by prioritizing our efforts into enhancing Advanced Search that gives you a more focused window into the entire archives rather than just using the "and" operator. In the spring, we will be updating Advanced Search to include the "or" and "not" operators for you to use while sleuthing the archives. This will dramatically change how you access information inside.

Our data-driven development strategy is showing that Advanced Search in 2023 will be able to parse the following query and provide records that match exactly as you would expect.

(top secret or confidential or classified) and (assassin or murder or kill) and (kennedy or president) and (communi or infiltrat) not (cover page or blank page or unclassified)

This query uses a brand new type of syntax that Project Apario is introducing to give you more ways of finding what you are seeking. This type of search cannot exist on projectapario.com today in its current state as a Ruby on Rails application. Perhaps it is because I am not the best Ruby on Rails engineer, but despite any shortcomings in Ruby, I have been able to successfully program this language-parsing algorithm in Go. It successfully extracts all of the embedded keywords as individual Advanced Searchs and the results are gathered based on what records made the cut and which ones didn't. But my Ruby implementation isn't fast enough to do this because there is too much content in Project Apario to search. This is because the above query actually conducts 18 different Advanced Search queries as ONE. Ruby is 3,600x slower than Go at parsing the "ands, ors, and nots" in your Advanced Search. Which means this rewrite of Advanced Search will fundamentally change your experience of using Project Apario.

You just have generic search terms. You'll have to find out whether there is any "there, there" in the archives since you're the sleuthing independent journalist that I build Project Apario to serve. We will not curate and deliver opinion pieces about our publications, but rather provide you with sources directly to the raw intelligence. I started Project Apario years ago to address a serious deficiency that I had in my own independent journalistic endeavors of 2017-2019. I wanted to dig into the JFK assassination records with you, but I needed something like Project Apario.

I am the change that I seek. I built the tool I needed. I built the tool you didn't know you needed. I did what the National Archives didn't have the capability to do make the JFK assassination files fully searchable. Word on the street was that 45 wasn't allowed to make them fully searchable because it would have offended overseas relationships. As an AMERICA FIRST first generation immigrant to America, I find that offensive and anti-American.

As President Lincoln famously said, the American people can handle the truth, tell them the truth and this country will be led to greatness. President Kennedy saw a future for America that involved space exploration and a rejection to soviet communism that warehoused me as an infant in a Romanian orphanage until December 25th 1989.
